Ability Coaching Academy provides thoughtful, ability-centered, individualized guidance for neurodivergent families.

I work directly with parents to understand their child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals, offering personalized coaching and advocacy that supports both learning and everyday life.

Together, we navigate school systems, therapies, and daily routines with greater confidence and clarity — translating recommendations into practical strategies that make sense at home, support long-term growth, and strengthen a child’s abilities beyond formal settings.

You Dont Have To Navigate This Alone

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re juggling therapies, school meetings, appointments, and everyday life.

Ability Coaching Academy exists to support families beyond appointments and paperwork. This is a space where parents feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make daily life feel more manageable and meaningful.

When you work with me, you’re not handed a generic program. You receive thoughtful, individualized guidance from someone who understands both the systems and the lived experience.

Support That Honors Ability

I intentionally keep my practice personal so families receive consistent, individualized support.

Families often share that they appreciate that I:

  • Meet parents where they are — emotionally and practically

  • Translate therapy goals into everyday routines

  • Support confident, respectful communication with schools and providers

  • Focus on strengths, growth, and ability rather than deficits

  • Support caregivers as whole people, not just care coordinators

Ability Looks Different For Every Child

Every child’s strengths, needs, and goals are unique.

I use affirming, flexible language and honor both identity-first and person-first preferences. My work centers neurodivergent ability, growth, and dignity — not comparison or rigid expectations.

My role is to help families carry learning into real life, long after therapy sessions have ended or evolved.

What to Know Before Getting Started

I work directly with parents through individualized coaching and guidance designed to support learning, advocacy, and everyday life.
