Parent Coaching

Parent coaching is the foundation of my work.

I offer one-to-one coaching for parents and caregivers who want clarity, reassurance, and practical guidance as they navigate life with a neurodivergent child. This is not about fixing your child or telling you what to do — it’s about supporting you.

Together, we focus on understanding your child’s strengths, building confidence in decision-making, and finding strategies that work in real life.

Parent Coaching May Include:

  • Understanding your child’s learning profile and strengths

  • Carrying therapy strategies into everyday routines

  • Navigating transitions, challenges, or periods of uncertainty

  • Strengthening communication with schools and providers

  • Building confidence in advocacy and next steps

  • Supporting caregiver well-being and sustainability
