No. Parent coaching is not therapy.
It complements therapeutic services by helping families apply strategies in everyday life. I do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. -
Parent coaching is for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children who want clarity, confidence, and practical support — at any stage of their journey.
-
I work directly with parents to:
Understand their child’s strengths and needs
Navigate school and support systems
Prepare for meetings and conversations
Turn recommendations into realistic, at-home strategies
Support is individualized and ability-centered.

I help parents feel organized and confident going into meetings. Any meeting attendance, if offered, is discussed in advance. -
