Ability Coaching Academy provides parent-centered coaching and educational guidance.
Services may include:
One-to-one parent coaching
Advocacy preparation and strategy
Support navigating school systems and services
Translating recommendations into practical home routines
Clarifying goals and strengthening follow-through
Coaching is collaborative and designed to build clarity, confidence, and sustainable support for your family.
Professional Scope
Ability Coaching Academy provides coaching and educational support only.
Services do not include:
Medical or healthcare services
Therapy or psychological treatment
Legal advice or representation
Diagnosis or clinical intervention
Participation does not establish a therapeutic, medical, or attorney-client relationship. Families are encouraged to maintain appropriate relationships with licensed professionals.
Fees & Payment
Ability Coaching Academy is a private, fee-based service.
Sessions are booked and paid in advance.
Services are not covered by insurance.
Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
Fees are non-refundable once a session has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Emergencies will be handled thoughtfully and at discretion.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared during coaching is treated with care and discretion.
While coaching is not governed by HIPAA, reasonable measures are taken to safeguard client information.
Confidentiality may be limited in circumstances involving:
Risk of harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect
Legal obligation under Georgia law
Limitation of Liability (Georgia)
Services are provided in good faith and with professional integrity.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
Coaching outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Ability Coaching Academy shall not be held liable for decisions made by parents or caregivers based on coaching discussions.
Participation is voluntary and at your discretion.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
